The "Oh Crap It's My Turn?!" Post

I honestly have NO idea how time can fly so quickly, but it does. As some of you know, I've almost completely fallen off the face of the Writing Planet. Almost. Okay, so mostly. Work has been keeping me more than a little busy and things are good, stressful and chaotic. And I'm not writing. When I'm writing, I'm here, I'm on Twitter, I'm with my friends. When I'm not writing, I'm in the real world with people who don't get me and most of which don't know my true passion - to be a writer.
The other part to that is - well, it's kind of obvious - I'm not writing. I'm grouchy. I'm whiny. I CRIED at a dog food commercial! *eye roll*
I. Need. To. Write.
So...my focus this week - besides getting to everyone's synopsis in The Workshop - will be to start writing again. I just need to get back at it. I'll be happier. I miss everyone here. My boss and coworkers will like me more. Right now, they say I'm scary and that I need to take some medication for my condition. *cringe* Whoops.
Writing is my medication.
Well, and Smallville and Supernatural. *blushing grin*

  3. Yay for Kurt's phone call!

Frankie, you must write. At least a little bit...for your sanity as well as everyone else's. I know exactly how you feel...been there quite recently myself.

And did you see the Smallville season finale? Eek! I thought it was one of their best yet.

  4. Frankie. Listen to me, young lady. Yeah, I called you young lady. Are you listening? You've called me grasshopper on many occasion, so let me return the favor. YOU ARE A WRITER. It's what you do. Yes, you're a mom, and a daughter and a friend etc, etc. But you are a writer. It's how you are wired. So go forth and write!

  5. Frankie!! I was starting to wonder if you were still breathing. What you need is a mini-vacation to New Jersey. *grin* Wasn't it great sitting on the floor at Barnes and Noble and just talk about writing and life and stuff with Airdale, while people tried to squeezed by us to get to the dictionaries?
